Love at all Times
Fort Worth’s only physician-led, boutique assisted living and memory care community. 16 private rooms. All-inclusive care. Purpose-built on five gated acres.
A passion for CARING
Serenity View is not a typical assisted living community. We are a physician-founded, physician-led home intentionally limited to 16 residents, because we believe exceptional care cannot be delivered at scale.
Dr. Tas, a board-certified physician, actively monitors each resident’s health through an integrated EMR: tracking vital signs over time, identifying changes early, and serving as a direct liaison between residents, families, and their medical teams. This is a level of clinical oversight you will not find at a standard assisted living facility.
Every element of Serenity View, from nutrition to environment to caregiver selection, is built around a precision medicine approach to aging, cognitive health, and dignity.
Join the Serenity View Family
Serenity View was designed, architecturally and clinically, from the ground up. Our 12,500 sq ft home on five fully gated acres includes private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, wide hallways, indoor-outdoor garden access, and thoughtfully designed spaces that support calm, sleep, and cognitive health.
We accept assisted living, memory care, and everything in between. Our residents are monitored using the TACK GPS system which provides real-time location tracking, geofence alerts and fall detection in a discreet device . Families can be added to monitoring directly.
One all-inclusive monthly rate. No surprise tier changes. No moving rooms if needs evolve.
We Provide
Nutrition
Scratch-cooked meals prepared daily by a private chef, tailored to each resident's health needs and dietary preferences. Meals are a shared, joyful experience — never institutional.
Caregiving
Trained, consistent caregivers who know each resident by name, routine, and preference. 24/7 support with the same familiar faces. Proactive, transparent communication with families.
Safety & Environment
Fully gated 5-acre property. TACK GPS monitoring for wander-risk residents. Non-toxic cleaning products, bedding, and materials throughout. Engineered to reduce environmental stressors and support restorative sleep.
Activities
Programming designed for purpose and brain health. Cognitive stimulation, physical vitality, social connection, and meaning, not busy work.
Physician-Monitored Care
Dr. Akram monitors each resident's vital signs and health trends through an integrated EMR. She flags overmedication, coordinates with outside physicians, and bridges the gap between daily care and clinical management.

Serenity View Is Located in Southwest Fort Worth CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS
Serenity View is situated on five private, gated acres along FM 1187 in Southwest Fort Worth — one of the fastest-growing and most family-centered corridors in Tarrant County. Our address places us within easy reach of families throughout Fort Worth, Benbrook, Aledo, Weatherford, and the surrounding communities.
Families tell us that proximity matters — not just for regular visits, but for the peace of mind that comes from knowing they can be here quickly when it counts. The Chisholm Trail Parkway places us minutes from major Fort Worth medical centers, specialist offices, and everyday destinations, making coordinated care and family visits genuinely convenient.
Our location is also intentionally quiet. We are not in a commercial district or a high-traffic corridor. The surrounding landscape — open land, natural light, and room to breathe — is part of the care environment itself. Residents have access to outdoor garden spaces on the property, and the natural setting of Southwest Fort Worth complements the calm we work hard to create indoors.
Whether your family is coming from Benbrook, Aledo, Granbury, or central Fort Worth, you’ll find Serenity View accessible without being in the middle of everything — which is exactly how we designed it.
