Assisted Living
Our assisted living program is for seniors who value independence but benefit from support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, meals, and mobility.
At Serenity View, assisted living does not mean a hands-off approach. Every resident is seen, known, and supported by a consistent team. Dr. Akram monitors each resident’s health through our EMR system, coordinates with their outside physicians, and reviews medications regularly, catching what often goes unaddressed between medical appointments.
If your loved one is managing multiple diagnoses, a complex medication regimen, or the early stages of cognitive change, our physician-led model provides a layer of clinical oversight that most assisted living communities simply do not offer.
Memory Care
Our memory care program supports residents living with Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, and other forms of cognitive decline, including those at earlier stages who benefit from structure and support before significant intervention is needed.
Serenity View is a secured, gated community. Our home and grounds are designed so that residents with memory loss can move safely through their environment without feeling confined. We use the TACK GPS monitoring system (real-time location tracking, geofence alerts, fall detection, and an SOS function) in a discreet, lightweight device that requires no interaction from the resident. Families can be connected to monitoring directly.
Our approach to memory care is grounded in the evidence that environment, nutrition, sleep, and meaningful activity directly affect cognitive outcomes. We do not simply manage symptoms, we address the conditions that affect how the brain functions day to day.

Serenity View is a private-pay community. We offer one all-inclusive monthly rate with no hidden fees, no tiered care levels, and no financial surprises as your loved one’s needs evolve.
Long-term care insurance may be used to offset monthly costs. We are happy to provide invoices and care documentation to support your claim.
